Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 11 July 2025

At Xávyr, your satisfaction matters. We aim to offer a smooth, fair, and transparent return experience. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of:

The damaged/incorrect product

The packaging and box

The shipping label

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the full return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, wrong product ordered, or any reason unrelated to product quality or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
You may use your own shipping method or request a prepaid label from us (the cost of which will be deducted from your refund).


4. Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.

This will be clearly communicated to you during the return process.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Opened or used perfumes

Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples

Items marked as Final Sale


7. How to Request a Return

Include the following details:

Full Name

Order Number

Reason for Return

Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
